Virtual Open Enrollment Public Program for 2025 is now delivered via Zoom one half-day (8:30am to 12:00nn Pacific) every week for 8 total sessions.  The open enrollment program includes the EverythingDiSC management assessment, report and experience via the online Catalyst portal, which allows for individuals to compare themselves and create team maps of others that have taken the DISC assessment with Talent Authority.

Customization and In-Person:  Our open enrollment program uses DISC but we can adapt our content to include any personality assessment (PI, MBTI, Hogan, Birkman, etc), tailoring it to your organization’s needs with options for both in-person and/or virtual delivery.   Please contact us so we can learn more about your needs.  We also offer private mid-level leader development.

Summary of Program Changes for 2025:   Over the past decade, thousands of leaders have completed our Talent Academy for Leaders 8-module program. We update our content every two years, and for 2025, we’re excited to introduce these enhancements: (1) reducing module length from 4 hours to 3.5 hours, (2) adding an Interviewing component, (3) incorporating content from the Working Genius model throughout the program, (4) increasing the number of case studies, and (5) providing unlimited complimentary online access to personality tools to boost workplace performance, and (6) kept registration fees the same!

2025 ENROLLMENT FEE & REGISTRATION DETAILS

* State Subsidized:  Pre-authorized to use Talent Authority’s California state funding.  Contact Training@TheTalentAuthority.com for details. Once materials are sent, employers will be invoiced for missed sessions / ineligible trainees at $100 per session (max $800).   $350 enrollment fee, once invoiced, is non-refundable; however, can be transferred to another attendee.  In 2025, trainees must earn at least $23.15 or more per hour (see registration details).

Registration Details  

Facilitation via Zoom. Trainees need to be in a private space with (1) their own computer, (2) webcam on and (3) connected audio (phone or computer). Binders with materials, planners, resources will be sent via USPS one week before program starts.  Online resources and assessments are deployed after program start.   Recording and screen capturing is not permitted.

 

If only the first four sessions or only the DISC course is relevant for a trainee or group, contact us for flexible registration arrangements.
