Once processed and paid, there are no refunds. Registration may be transferred to another attendee before the first session and before materials have shipped. Once materials shipped, it is purchaser responsibility to provide the materials to a replacement attendee; otherwise, a materials fee will be required.
If amount is paid, but registration names are not provided for any cohort, the amount paid will be held as a non-refundable depost toward future training or serivces for a one year period.
