  • Upon confirmation of delivery date(s), any postponements, cancellations, or rescheduling of dates will be subject to a charge due to resources being allocated to your project that is no longer being allocated to other clients and the time associated with rescheduling.

    Any deposits paid will be adjusted accordingly and any remaining balances will be available as a credit (expiring 12 months after scheduled dates) toward future training.  Should the cancellation fee(s) exceed the deposit / project fee paid to date, client will be invoiced accordingly.

    Charges are assessed at the amounts listed below (pro-rated to a per session level). 

    • After Confirmation:  $200 charge for each affected session
    • Less than 28 calendar days:  30% of each affected session
    • Less than 21 calendar days:  60% each affected session
    • Less than 14 calendar days:  100% of each affected session

     

    Assessments.   For projects that require assessments, an administrative charge will be charged for individuals that do not complete the assessment by the due date.   The administrative charge is $25 per assessment.   It is the company’s responsibility to encourage completion of the assessment(s) by the due dates.   Once an assessment is deployed to an individual it is considered utilized and cannot be reassigned.   For some projects, additional assessments may be recommended, which will be communicated to the client.   Email communication will suffice as to the terms and fees of any additional assessments.  Should more assessments be purchased than used, these will be "banked" and can be used within 12 months of payment date.

     

    Refunds:  Once purchased refunds are not available.   Any fees paid will be adjusted accordingly to the above terms and any remainder will be available as a credit to be used within 12 months of payment date.
